However, true clinical depression is a mood disorder where feelings of sadness, loss, anger or frustration interfere with everyday life for weeks or longer.

American Association of Suicidology
American Association of Suicidology lists local crisis centers and resources for the assessment, prediction and prevention of suicide. It also includes resources and support groups for the survivors of suicide.
