Appointments
If you work for a company that has contracted Arkansas Employee Assistance Program to provide services, scheduling an appointment is easy. Just call our main number at 501-686-2588 or 800-542-6021. You can also visit our online portal to view our team, set up an account, request a session and sign up for text or email reminders.
All employees can request counseling by video or telephone for their convenience. For employees not able to visit our offices in person, but would like an in person session, please call and talk with our director, Samara Duckworth, about arranging for an affiliate counselor.
