Samara “Sam” Duckworth has been working in the field of behavioral health since 1990. She has experience in a variety of settings and working with adults, children, and teens. She serves as the Clinical Director of the AEAP. In addition, she previously served as Clinical Director for employee assistance for approximately 70,000 employees across the state of Arkansas. Sam is well-versed in Attention Deficit Disorder, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She is particularly interested in supervisor consultations and influencing teamwork and improving resilience in the workplace.
