
Emily’s been working in the field of Human Services & Behavioral Health since 1986. Over 25 of these years have been dedicated to the field of Employee Assistance. Her areas of interest include stress management, effective communication, anger management, assertiveness training, self-esteem building, and the development of coping & problem-solving skills. Emily has a particular interest in marital/relationship counseling, being trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. She also develops and presents a variety of training and workshops tailored to the unique concerns of the organization. Training topics include professionalism in the workplace, conflict management, and stress/anger management.
