AR-Connect, an urgent-care service offered by the UAMS Department of Psychiatry, and the Employee Assistance Program are joining forces to host a new virtual group support program for medical professionals. This support group will be open to all Central Arkansas medical workers, created to provide care and comfort to those who are dedicated to caring for others. Therapists with AR-Connect and the EAP have extensive training in assisting physicians, nurses and other medical staff with a variety of concerns related to their field of work.
Those interested in taking part in this online group, with participants accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, are invited to submit their contact information in the fields below. The group meets Wednesdays at noon. The registration process is confidential, participants may leave their cameras off and alter their name during the meeting.
