Lee Anne Kaylor’s behavioral health field career began in 1990. Her experience includes working with adults/geriatrics, adolescents and children in the inpatient and outpatient setting along with consulting work through the University of Arkansas for the Division of Children and Family Services. She also has 14 years of experience in managed care with Arkansas Medicaid as a mental health inpatient/outpatient auditor. Lee Anne works with Arkansas EAP contracts to provide trainings and workshops on a variety of topics individualized for specific training needs. She is also available for workplace consultations, critical incident debriefings and any other specific needs based on department/team requests. Lee Anne’s goals are to assist in helping individuals improve their quality of their life through empathy, active listening, advocacy and connecting clients with needed resources.
